Mistress Anfisa Knows No Mercy

Tasks are there to be done by low, enslaved slaves. Mistress Anfisa, with superior determination, trains this rule to the useless slave on the floor in front of her. She drills her pointed high heels deep into his nipples and makes him suffer untold pain, because this is the consequence of breaking the rule. In the end he could have easily fulfilled her tasks to her satisfaction, but he didnt and so now he is lying down there with his face distorted in pain from the heels of Mistress Anfisa digging into his sensitive nipples.
